Hello to all students and families!
I am beyond excited to be a Grade 7 teacher here at Mctavish this year.
This is my second time living in Fort McMurray. My first move to the city was in 2013 when I began high school at Westwood Community High School. Upon graduation, I moved back home to Nova Scotia to complete my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at St. Francis Xavier University. I then completed my Bachelor of Education at the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton the following year.
Some of the Grade 7 students may recognize me from Christina Gordon Elementary School where I taught Physical Education last year.
