About Me

Teaching has always been a dream of mine. I love being able to begin every day doing what I love to do. I was born and raised in Truro, Nova Scotia. I then completed my Bachelor of Science at Memorial University in Newfoundland in 2016, majoring in applied mathematics. I went on to complete my Bachelor of Education at Memorial in 2017. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, camping and travelling. This year I am teaching high school math and science. I have taught in Alberta and Nunavut, and am thrilled to be living in Fort McMurray this year, joining the team here at Ecole McTavish.
