Thomas Wickens

Hello,
My name is Thomas Wickens, I have a Bachelors of Science, Honours Chemistry from the University of Waterloo, and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Western Ontario. I have taught abroad in the United Kingdom, and have experience working in Oil Sands providing technical services for water treatment. I am so excited to be apart of the McTavish community, and to share my love of science with the students this year. My classroom is a safe place that will encourage students to ask questions, develop habits of a life learner, and find time for laughter and fun while we explore the many wonders of science.
In my spare time, I stay active by playing hockey, ultimate frisbee, guitar, working out, and travelling to name a few.
