Hello,
My name is Laura Gillis, I have a Bachelors of Science and a Bachelor of Education. I am excited to be a part of the McTavish community, and I am looking forward to sharing my love of learning and love of science with the students this year.
My classroom is a safe environment for students where students will be encouraged to do their best, to share and learn from one another, ask questions, and develop habits of a life learner.
Passions: Art, music, kayaking, and skiing.
Credentials: BSc, BEd, and Advanced Placement Certification from Texas University
