Chemistry/PEAK Hockey Goalie Support

Hi, My name is Jay Duffett and I am from Catalina, Newfoundland. I will be handling Chemistry 20 and 30 this year at McTavish.

Just a little history about myself and my teaching experience; I moved to Fort McMurray during the summer of 2015 and have called it home ever since. I taught high school general science in Pangnirtung, Nunavut from 2014 to 2015 and I taught mostly chemistry and occasionally other science courses at Holy Trinity from 2015 to 2024.

I currently hold a BSc from Memorial University of Newfoundland with a major in chemistry and a minor in physics, a BEd from Queens University and a MEd from the University of Alberta.

Some of my interests include playing and watching hockey, music (the heavier the better), cooking and of course playing video games.
