École McTavish Parent Teacher Interviews will be hosted in-person on March 26th & 27th. Please see details below:
- Wed. March 26th: 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm
- Thurs. March 27th: 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Sign up for Parent Teacher Interviews will open at 10:00 am on Tuesday, March 11th and close on March 24th at 6:00pm! However, we recommend you book as soon as possible as time slots are limited and typically fill up fast!
(Time slots = 10 minutes/teacher, for each child)
If the teacher you wish to book with has no more availability, please email them directly to schedule a time to connect with them.

Important Notes
Ms. Houston's PTIs will run from 4:00–6:30pm on the 26th and 4:00–7:30pm on the 27th.
- Please email her (sandra.houston@fmpsd.ab.ca) if you would like to schedule an appointment at 4:00pm, 4:10pm, or 4:20pm, since these times are outside of the system schedule.
Ms. Starner will be unavailable on March 26th due to hosting a school Badminton Tournament. Any parent who may have registered for this date is asked to reschedule. (Apologies for the inconvenience.)
Ms. Williams-Hancock will be unavailable for Parent Teacher Interviews. Although she does have time slots, she will not be present if you sign up. Again, apologies for the inconvenience.
